Arrived in the middle of very dull rainy day and was immediately welcomed by the owner. The breakfast was great, good variety and fresh ingredients cooked to order. What User doesn't like about Pelican Cafe:
Turned up with my 81 year old mother for a coffee and something to eat. Only one customer in the cafe when we arrived.Ordered coffee and raison toast. 10 min later we finally got a coffee but no raison toast. Another customer arrived and the lady/owner obviously knew the person and started ripping of customers from sydney (not knowing if WE were from sydney)...all the while waiting for our toast.We drank our coffee a... The food at this restaurant is amazing with a wide variety of choices. The prices are great and the customer service is friendly. This place checks all the boxes!
The staff at this restaurant were fantastic. They recommended the Big Breakfast, and I must say, my eggs were cooked perfectly. It's often hard to find someone who can get eggs just right. My wife had a bacon and egg roll, and she said it was amazing. We appreciated the fresh bread instead of the usual sourdough - it felt more authentic. The milkshakes were also delicious. The prices were reasonable, especially considering we've paid more for lesser quality food in the past. We will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work! Cheers.
This café in the bay offers the best coffee and food. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed.
The food was great. Didn't have to wait for food. Staff are great. Will be munching again.
Great fish and chip spot! Came to this place two days in a row to grab lunch.
