why did it take so long for me to try this little gem at Shoal Bay? we did pop in when they first opened to grab a coffee and it wasn't to our taste (we like our coffee strong and smooth) but it has taken a year at least to return and I'm glad we did. the doner kebab was moist and tasty, the salad was fresh and it just tasted good all round! What User doesn't like about Mediterranean Kings Kebab:
I had a chicken burger with the kebab style chicken and my daughter had a spinach and cheese pide. The food was ok although the cheese in the pide tasted like ricotta and was far too spongy for a pide. I had pineapple and cheese on the burger but the finely shredded cheese and small pineapple chunks were unsuitable for a burger and it became very messy to eat. Mediterranean Kings Kebabs have the most friendly service and the best coffee I have ever had! The chai lattes are also to die for organic and delicious! Would recommend to anyone going to Shoal Bay. Take the kids and grab some delicious ice cream whilst you are there! 10/10

Very aggressive attitude towards the customers as if we are such an inconvenience to them why you open then? Everything is answered with big fat No I will Never step a foot into that shop again
Bought a large chips not one of the staff smiled at me (surprising as they weren 't busy). They seemed to be openly complaining to each other about another customer that had recently left. They called our number, passed the chips, when I said thank you the lady said briskly, take it! . I was so shocked, otherwise I 'd have said something in the moment. I 've never experienced as terrible treatment by a server in my 43 years as I had in that moment, and will not go back. The chip serving was average in size, nothing wrong with the food or flavour, but the service was awful.
Terrible rude and disappointing customer service , I'm local, so I won't be going back, ever!!!!I will be telling all my local and visiting guests about the service I received...
