great view over the city and the mountains in the future and the coffee was also good. friendly and quick service. a little pricier than normal in shkoder, but this is to be expected in view of the cool situation. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Zodiak Shkoder:
The place itself is even nice, but they allow you to smoke cigarette toothpaste from the cafe. A huge problem for non-smokers. I can not recommend it to anyone at all ... View all feedback.

A great view of the city shkodra from the panoramic side. a nice service and many options to enjoy a snack or a sarg time. I ordered a chocolate and it was very good
Cool place! great view of the city center. the address currently on cards is actually wrong. it is before the theater (sheshi demokracia)
I went with my related there and loved the place nice and very nice service. a little expensive.
