What Krenar Gj dislikes about Restorant Piceri Shkodra:
A restaurant that was very nice looking but a scandalous and rude staff. I sat down to eat lunch and after 30 minutes of waiting a waiter comes and said that we don't serve, don't you see that we don't have people to serve? I was surprised that it was the first time I had heard such a thing and I was angry. As far as I understand, you should take a waiter with you. Shame on you for your behavior. View all feedback.

The worst food I have ever seen and eat. In fact squid was uneatable, cold, without taste, it could not be chewed. Serving without any dish aside. Waiter bring first food for two of us then after 10 minutes for third person. Didn't come to ask anything after that.
If you want to shit for a week eat here... After this lunch we had a stomac issue! Please make attention with fresh fish! Place is very nice. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
