わが子のお食い初めで利用しました。 お食い初めのお膳が揃い、儀式を始めようとしたところ持ち上げた茶碗の下から G が2匹出てきました。 慌てて店員さんに連絡し、料理長のような方と店長が来て謝罪と料理の作り直しをしてもらいましたがそれ以降、食欲は失せて美味しく感じませんでした。 作り直しで持ってきたお膳もうちの子は女の子なのにお椀が朱塗りで色が間違っていてまったく考えないでやってるんだなと感じました。 お代も謝罪はありましたがキッチリ満額取られました。 ※追記翌日に東日本エリアの課長さんと静岡店の店長さんが改めて謝罪と子供の分の返金に来られました。 妻とわが子の３人で今日は楽しくお祝いをしようと思ってきましたが もう二度と来ることはないです。＾＾ 最初、店に入った時も入り口外まで列が出来ているのに店員が一人でゆっくりお会計をしていて他の従業員にフォローをお願いするでもなく急ぐ気配もない。 順番に案内しますと言っていながら自分たちより後ろに並んでいた人から案内していて予約してきたのにまったくいい気分がしませんでした。 帰る際もお会計待ちの長蛇の列ができていてまた店員が一人でゆっくりお会計をしていてその間も食事に来た人が待っている状態。 で、男性が「自分たち予約してきたんですけど案内だけでもしてもらえますか？」と言われてやっと他の従業員が出てくるというような感じで客を迎え入れて もてなし たり楽しんでもらえる状態ではない店だと感じました。

Second visit. there is no special problem when they eat on the premise that it takes time to cook and serve customers. there are not many restaurants in shizuoka where they can eat yuba and tofu dishes, so I am very grateful. all the dishes are delicious and the staff is friendly and polite. also the atmosphere of the shop is good. the price is suitable for a special meal. I feel personally that it is a bit expensive, but I am still satisfied. they also take measures against corona. this does not depend on the situation, but when I first came, I could eat very quietly, but this time I was a little sick. Nevertheless, it is a restaurant that does not hurt to eat. I want to come back.

ランチのコースを予約しました。 生ビール頼んでから料理が出てくるまでかなり時間がかかり、生ビール一杯飲み終えた頃ようやく前菜的な感じで豆腐三種出てきました。 その後はどんどん料理が出てきて、ゆっくりお酒を飲みながら食べることができず。 しかも料理をまとめてだしてきた方が下がった後、別の女性が入ってきて空いたお皿お下げしますと確認もせず手付かずの料理を下げようとする始末。 これにはガッカリというか引きました。 料理は美味しいのに接客がイマイチ。 たまたま他の高齢女性が会計場所がわからず店員さんに声かけてるやりとりを見ましたが、店員の女性が忙しいのか案内が雑ですごく強い口調で更に引きました。 接客を見直したら星5をつけたい。 鮎の塩焼きもコースにプラス500円でつけれてお得。
