I frequent this location often, and when the manager inquired about the issue, I explained that I shouldn’t have to repeat my order that many times. I ordered an XL hot chocolate with whole milk and whipped cream, but the employee tried to use oat milk instead. I clarified that I wanted whole milk, not oat milk, in my hot chocolate. Unfortunately, it seems the staff at this location just don’t listen. In contrast, I’ve never had any issues with my orders at other Dunkin' locations.

However, when I arrived to pick up my order, she... read more I did not receive my order correctly at Dunkin'. The cashier, who I believe was named Cash, was very friendly. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, she told me the glazed donuts were still baking and I had to wait 15 more minutes, even though I had placed my order 30 minutes earlier. I had ordered a mixed half dozen donuts, a dozen glazed donuts, and a breakfast sandwich. When I got my sandwich, it was wrong and needed to be returned for correction. After leaving, I found that all the donuts in my half dozen box were glazed, despite specifically ordering only one glazed donut. When I called to resolve the issue, the cashier insisted she had informed me they were all glazed. I believe if she had offered the choice of all glazed donuts or a refund, I would have preferred the refund.

I did get a refund for the coffee, but I still had to pay another delivery fee. It just doesn’t make sense. If they can’t properly serve customers through DoorDash, they shouldn’t even partner with them in the first place!
