I genuinely like Wendy's, however the level of service at this location needs some work. I can't have some of the normal ingredients and so I customize my order, seems normal, right? Last time they didn't make it right, so I thought it was a fluke and decided to give it another shot, only to get home and once again be disappointed that they didn't make my burger to how I ordered it on the mobile app, but they even added onions (which I severely dislike) instead of lettuce and still made it with bread when I ordered without a bun. I don't know how they can consistently mess up on order customizations, so I've been going to another location on King Street where they do things the right way.

Update: Personnel are trained and compete BUT I found RAT POOP in my bag of food! I squished it to see if MAYBE it was a piece of meat but nope…it’s huge, the shape of rat poop and grainy/sand texture. I squished a piece of meat from the burger and it was a different texture. IDK if the young woman with glasses was being spiteful just because I asked if I could add one small sandwich to my order when there was no one else behind me in drive thru! Disgusting behavior and a health hazard!Old Review: I usually have a good experience at this Wendy’s compared to other locations BUT not anymore ever since they got new staff. I miss the older staff that used to be there, they were quick and very knowledgeable. Now, the new younger staff is slow, rude, and incompetent. Just last night they weren’t letting me use my free sandwich reward that I had and were talking to me like I was an idiot. I go to this location once a week and know how the app/rewards work, so it wasn’t my fault there was an issue with the employees processing the reward. They need to bring back the older staff and train all the new staff because they are lacking!

My chicken nugget had a bite taken out of it. this has never happened to me before. if i call the store they will say im lying. check ur kids food to make sure they arent eating chicken nuggets that someone else bit.

Breakfast was good. Service was awesome and attentive.
