This place needs help from CORPORATE! Set standards, teach staff, and fire the incompetent. There is no reason why I cannot order inline without being screwed out of my meal and items I’ve paid for. I, literally, have to SHOW UP to the store and watch them and tell them how to make my food. I don’t trust this location. It’s trash. Hi my name is Annie ,It was my first time going to Chipotle the experience was HORRIBLE on Montauk hwy ...server's name was Maria with fake long eye lashes ,I wanted to try the food ,As first timer and owning a 7 eleven for 25 yrs ...BEFORE HIRING EMPLOYEES PLEASE TRAIN YOU STAFF BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN FRONT THE PUBLIC!I was asking Maria the sever what do you recommend...she had the worst attitude..and said to me as I walked in are you here to order I said yes ...she said WE HAVE NO WHITE RICE , I looked at her and said ok ...can I get a stake burrito please...she was frigging flicking her long nails ? on the counter while I looking to see what I wanted on the burrito !!! I WILL NEVER GO OR RECOMMEND ANYONE THERE ...the meat and the trays were dried up hard ....come on its was a Friday nite around 6:30 pm early in the nite ...Thank you to whom it may concern
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trying the offerings from chipotle. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. The flavors were bland, the presentation resembled a kindergarten art project, and I've had more appetizing meals from a microwave. Save your taste buds and money – this place is a culinary disaster! I will never visit this chipotle ever. Company of Chipotle do something about this the people are underly disgusting when they walk in with the smell of cannabis hitting my face the second I walk into the store.
Horrible customer service. Rude girl working there wouldn’t help me pick up my order. She helped everyone else get their order except mine. Idk why they don’t just put the orders on the shelf instead of having you wait around for it. So unprofessional and ghetto. She had a personal vendetta against me. Pathetic. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t wanna help people.

They don’t put the online orders on The shelf to pick up so you have hope the staff notice you and they actively avoid eye contact it’s like they don’t want help you… the chips were stale… but the bowls are good.
