Mcdonald's - Shiprock

New definition of fast food. Already waiting for food for 20 minutes and still no sign. During that time not a single person was served and there's already a queue of at least 8 people waiting.Update:We got it food after 28 minutes of waiting and only because I have asked how much longer we were supposed to wait. The food was cold and only for l fries were hot, but they were so salty no one could eat them.Avoid at all costs!

The McDonald's in Navajo nation was very clean, nice seating. The first where i sat on padded seats. The employees were very friendly. The service was very good. Probably the best in any McDonald's across the country.

We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches to go. It took 20 minutes or more for them to have it ready. The employee said they didn't have any chicken patties cooked so that's what took so long. They were very tasteless and the fries were soggy. Yuck!

The district manager should know that this McDonald 's location is manipulating the service numbers. I ordered, and pretty quickly the status on the display showed my order number was now serving. However, it took another 15 minutes before the food was available at the counter. By then, the order number had completely disappeared off the status board. The staff was clearing out the tickets before the food was actually available for pickup.

Drive thru was quick order!! No fall ups on order. Thank you! .
