Rita's Italian Ice - Shippensburg

The blonde-haired male employee who was training a girl was quite rude to her, making comments like, "Why are you just standing there?" and "Ask questions; if you get fired, they won't hire you back." He repeatedly told her what to say in an inconsiderate manner. Additionally, he made our orders sloppily, with custard all over the lids, creating a messy and unpleasant experience.

Unfortunately, I found this place to be disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell of sour milk in the air as soon as we arrived, which I’m sure would deter a lot of potential customers.

The customer service leaves much to be desired, and the cleanliness of the establishment is also lacking.

The location is excellent, and the staff provides great service. There are a variety of delicious flavors to choose from, and the prices for the Rita's ice are very reasonable.

I went to buy an ice cream and when I look inside the business it was totally disgusting. The floor, the refrigerators and machines are all dirty. How is it possible to run a business like this? I canceled my order and went elsewhere with my family. Clean up your business. Shippensburg
