I’ve been to this location a few times now, overall it is a nice cafe. I’ve gotten coffee from there the first time they did a great job and then a few times after the lattes weren’t the best. The pastries are a hit or miss too. I guess it just depends on the day and business of the cafe. Still would recommend visiting them, the location is nice there’s a place to sit outside. What W M doesn't like about The Local Market Kitchen:
Been here a bunch of times. Not bad at all and fits the need in the morning. Normally I wouldn’t have left a review but I went in for a small 2% milk today and every one had a 8/28 expiration date. Come on you raked in millions over the summer and there’s no excuse for this! Someone needs to check this sort of thing otherwise one might think it was done on purpose. View all feedback.

If you're on LBI, hell, even if you aren't, take the ride and hit The Local up!
The local is awesome! When you walk in and look around you want to buy everything. I love the prepared foods, pastries, coffee and just about everything else. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Food is good. But $38 dollars for an ice tea, coconut water and 2 pop tarts should be illegal. Owners should be ashamed of themselves.
Good atmosphere and wide selection of breakfast and lunch treats, with the best breakfast sandwiches around. Two critiques are that the line is often out the door so you might be waiting for 15 minutes just to pay for a premaid sandwich, and despite so many high qualities offerings, the espresso is pretty bad.
