Anselmo Vineyards - Shingletown

What a waste of a beautiful venue and I also had a 100.00 gift certificate from the old Anselmos that they would not honor. I can not believe they take care of customers this way!!!

Worst service prices are ridiculously high. Only reason we ordered it was so far from another lunch spot Waitress made a faux pas on the lunch order and then actually sighed out loud like WE were a bother still when she served the remade order the food was wrong again added mushrooms without asking). my flight of wine was like three spits in a glass for $15. What a disappointment! 113.00 :

Truly a beautiful place. My husband and I visited here on recommendations from friends. After a delightful meal (Thursday pizza night we decided to come back with our family this evening. Not only were the kids delighted at the beauty of the landscape they were treated to wonderful horseback rides from Carolyn (and her lovely horses Foxy and Diamond were so fun . I am so impressed with their friendly staff, the chef is hilarious and the food is the best we've had in this area. I look forward to many more dinners at Anselmo, and I highly recommend it, (though selfishly I want to keep how awesome it is a secret... nothing like not having to wait months for a reservation- but it could someday be like that at a place this amazing! Perfect date night, stunning drive to the vineyard, delightful staff, (child friendly-on casual night Thursday and the wine is fabulous. I had to give it a 5 star!

Just stopped in for lunch to this quaint little place that is under new ownership. We came in for pizza day and the food was awesome, the atmosphere was very beautiful especially for a day connection time, and the staff was awesome. I would highly recommend it.

The most beautiful setting for dinner! We sat outside under the fig tree looking out over the gardens and enjoying the sunset! Menu has changed with the new owners and made it more diner friendly. We started with the antipasto platter, then had the asparagus soup, which did have a few strings which needed to be strained but flavor was excellent. Then out came the coconut shrimp, sea scallops and chicken Marsala . All very flavorful and well presented. Chef came out to chat which added to our very enjoyable evening! Looking forward to going back for their family style pasta nights!
