What 365 Black likes about Shiner Barbeque Co:
Brisket was delicious but I had better, the real contender is the pork ribs very tender and seasoned welled and the green beans. If I ever find myself in Shiner, Tx again I will definitely be going back and also grabbing a shiner bock beer from the brewery. View all feedback. What Josh Smykal doesn't like about Shiner Barbeque Co:
Shiner Barbeque is a typical lunch stop for us on our annual trip to Shiner. I would rate it as about average for a barbeque joint in its price range. The brisket is pretty good in both marble and flavor. The sausage and ribs are both ok, but not very memorable. The cream corn is fantastic, but the potato salad is my least favorite I've had from any restaurant. View all feedback.

Excellent. The thing I like most of all is it's consistency. The giblet rice and green beans are my favorite sides of any bbq. Period
