I had a significant issue with replacing a wrong order, despite having the receipt. The staff informed me that if I didn’t call on the same day, they wouldn't replace the food. This order was for an 88-year-old woman I assist weekly, and she was disappointed when I told her about the policy. I feel it's unfair to treat her that way. Additionally, the portions are quite small, which feels like a rip-off. The restaurant also has a strong bathroom odor, likely because it's a cramped space with 15 people trying to work in close quarters. I recommend going elsewhere to avoid anxiety. As for parking, it's located off the highway, making it quite dangerous to exit.

On our way to the Spoetzel Brewery in Shiner, TX, we happened upon Mary's Taco and what a wonderful find. We enjoyed our breakfast including a great migas plate and a taco filled with bacon and eggs. The homemade tortillas were especially delicious. We can't wait to go back and try some other of their specialties.
First time coming here from Houston. Great service and the tacos are so big!
Been in Shiner 1 yr now and this is the place to go for great Mexican food! Combo plates offered with variety of choices! Nice staff, -small place to dine in but good food brings in lots of people! Highly recommend!
