The quality of the ingredients was good, the atmosphere was nice, and the service was also good. Despite the pandemic, I was able to enjoy delicious sushi and drinks in a private room. The quality of the ingredients was so good that if the rice had a bit more presence, the balance would be perfect. The prices are reasonable and I was able to find a good restaurant. The 3000 yen chef's choice sushi set is great value for money. I have enjoyed both eating in and taking out. Despite being a landlocked prefecture, all the seafood is fresh and delicious. The balance of rice and fish is perfect, creating beautiful sushi. The presentation and serving dishes are also beautiful, showing attention to detail and pleasing the eye. It seems there is a focus on the serving dishes, allowing you to enjoy the fish with an elegant feeling. If I were to be extravagant, I would appreciate it if there were descriptions accompanying the sushi to indicate what fish each piece is made from.
