The dipping sauce was also amazing when mixed. The chashu bowl was also delicious with a strong black pepper flavor. Thank you so much!

The stra... read more I occasionally visit when I want to eat dried sardine ramen. The soup is clear and refreshing, with what seems like carefully processed dried sardines. The straight thin noodles match well with the thick menma, green onions, and naruto toppings, and the tender pork chashu is also excellent. It's nice that they are open for lunch until 3 PM. It's hard to get the special extra-rich dried sardine ramen, limited to 15 servings for lunch and dinner. For those who don't like dried sardines, I remember that the chicken broth ramen was also delicious. They also have a duck broth dipping noodles menu, but personally, it didn't really hit the spot for me.

The yakibu... read more I wanted to enjoy a taste similar to Sano Ramen, so I ordered the Chicken Broth Yakibuta with Curly Noodles topped with flavored egg and 5 dumplings. The yakibuta had a few slices and was very satisfying to eat. The noodles had a nice taste that blended well with the soup. The curly noodles were also a nice touch. The portion size of the bowl was impressive.
