As expected, everything from the entrance to the garden, ornaments, and displayed paintings was so wonderful that I can't describe it in words. The waitstaff was also attentive and impressive. The food was like a mysterious combination of flavors, and it was great. The chawanmushi was a bit intense in flavor, but the cheese wrapped in shiso leaf was delicious. The large plum shochu was also delicious. I was surprised when the towel was replaced with a new one in the middle. The first thing that surprised me was that there was a shoe attendant, and I regretted not wearing proper lace-up shoes even though it was a bit of a hassle. On the way out, the waitstaff saw us off with everyone, and I am truly thankful for that. It was a wonderful day. Thank you for this opportunity.

Th... read more The landlady and the staff at the restaurant provide polite and kind service. The atmosphere is quiet and elegant, making it a relaxing place to have a meal. The food is delicious in every aspect. Despite only using blowfish as the main ingredient, they manage to create a variety of tasty dishes without getting boring. I recommend making a reservation even for lunch on weekdays.
