The slippery and chewy texture is really incredible.

We enjoyed the black squid ink mentaiko, curry udon, and recommended mekabu konbu. The service from the mothers was great and their smiles were wonderful. We bought some squid ink and konbu as souvenirs, and made squid ink mentaiko udon at home after returning.
