Starbucks - Shiloh

Super efficient staff and baristas!! The perfect location to grab a signature coffee and or pastry before shopping. A fair variety of drinks besides coffee and ALL of their food items are scrumptious!! ?? If the line looks long, don't worry, it will move quickly!! A plus the bathroom is right around the corner.

Worst starvucks I've ever been to! Can't ever order my drink how I want because they always out of important ingredients like coffee for Fraps, caramel, White mocha, whipped cream and cold foam. I never get my order right and they don't telk you until they are halfway through with your drink. I started going to O'Fallon one simply so I can get my drink with all the ingredients it's supposed to have. Won't go back to this one anymore.

Young guy with the mini fro there tonight turned the lights out early and said they were closing as I walked in Target/Starbucks. Another barista who was friendly else came over and they turned lights back on. Ordered my drink and he makes it but doesn’t fill it up. Petty

I went in for a door dash and waited an hour. They keep telling me the order will be out shortly. Just for them to tell me that they did not have the order in their system and did not know what to do about it.

This location is a joke. We sat waited for 45 minutes for a MOBILE ORDER. Got 2/3 drinks after 20 minutes waited another 25 for the 3rd drink. By the time that drink came out, the other 2 were melted. Dont bother asking for a refund because they were making people wait for that too.
