A suggestion I have is why can't they just pour the coffee into the cup and then put the customer in their own cream and sugar? got my food in five minutes and everyone who came after us waited five minutes to order and maybe five for their food.
Great food! Love the breakfast sandwiches. Only a piece of friendly advice. If you have a pick-up line on the page, you will get another register. Then go to the preorders and check out separately.
I was pleasantly surprised. I had a delicious breakfast sandwich on a spectacularly delicious bagel. I decided to eat there, staff friendly, clean furnishings. In any case, treat me for breakfast again.
Yes, the service is slow. BUT, it's a handful of kids and they need better management. All that aside, the bagels here are so good and the cream cheeses are delicious!
Great bagel egg and cheese sandwiches. Always looks like everyone is milling around not doing anything. Eventually someone makes eye contact and takes your order. The other location on Penn Ave is better. Over there you can do up your coffee your own way, i.e. cream, sugar. At the place in Kenhorst you get what you get. Can't believe they're the same business. Very different feel between the two places
