Literally amazing every single time. We live in kenhorst and always drive a few extra minutes or pay for delivery from jade garden because it is on POINT. The chicken, lo mein, and rice are always perfect. They usually toss in a free rice which is greatly appreciated. And don’t EVEN get me started in their crab Rangoon. Absolute perfection. What User doesn't like about Jade Garden:
I spent $65 at this restaurant and the food did not live up to the brand. The sushi I ordered was not fresh and I had to spit out every piece because it was soggy. Some of the wings I ordered still had feathers on them. It has been a while since I last visited this restaurant and the quality has definitely declined. View all feedback.
Scam. all prices online are wrong. they add money for call in order and tell them that this is online wrong. but if they order online, the prices are, but they charge them a convenient fee only to order. not only do they pay tax and for eating, they only have to pay to place the order.
Ordered the Beef Chow Fun , got like 6 pieces of beef and a plateful of Chow Fun

There's little chicken in the sesame chicken. The moo goo gai pan was horrible. The beef and broccoli was mediocre. Yuck.
Literally called to inform them that good was unusually greasy …. When I mentioned my concern her response was I don’t remember your order. Then I gave her explicit detail because I was the last order of the night she suddenly remembered But then exclaimed nothing was wrong with the food wish I could add photo . Instead if apologizing she insinuated I was lieing. Told her I’m not asking for anything felt it necessary to inform you. She continued being rude !!! This not my 1st disappointment of service here at JADE. However it is definitely my last .
