This is an interesting spot. During the day it's a cafe, at night it's party central with an interesting mix of people, locals and tourists. It feels like a cross between a rave club and a college bar. Interesting times and decent drinks at decent prices and with people all looking for a good time. I'm speaking only of my experiences here which were only at night, so can't say much about the daytime here which would be a completely different experience. Details Value: (3/5 Menu/selection: (4/5 Quality: (3/5 Service/staff: (4/5 Ambiance: (4/5 Value Cheap drinks, sometimes strong, sometimes not, but always served in plastic cups. Beer also. All somewhat reasonable prices. Menu/selection Pretty sure they know how to make the standard cocktails here. Wouldn't be surprised if they can put together obscure ones as well. Well, I'm sure they'll try at least. Quality Drink quality varies I guess and also depends if you splurge on top quality stuff, as for the people jam packed here, can't tell you for sure, but all seem like fun loving people. ; Service/staff Staff all seem attentive to get you a drink. DJ seem to know how to get the people moving. Ambiance All the times I've been here it's loud with music pumping non stop and a large video screen showing the music video or wild scenes of people dancing or just trippy video effects. All around you are people eyeing the cuties, or throwing out their lines or just wanting to drink and forget their day/week. Final thoughts... As I mentioned it feels like a cross between a dance club and a college bar. All walks of life represented, as well as a wide age range, especially for the foreigner crowd. One thing for sure it seems people are here to either dance or get into someone's pants.... Or to relive the feeling of those days.
Just off one of the corners of Shibuya Crossing, this popular bar is one of the go-to places for evening drinks or predrinks depending how your night's planned. Melting pot of mix nationalities and most people are quite friendly but with the usual kids who are too cool for school. Bar staff got a bit of attitude but hey, it's a bar... Its popularity, vibe, live DJ and no cover charge make it a nice place to hang out with mates for a few drinks.
Please be careful, I got my bag stolen here and other people have experienced the same. It is nice that its open late but travelers and locals alike please stay safe and keep an eye on your things.
Is a great place where to start the night in the heart of Shibuya next to crossing lines world famous. It open early till late and always cool music and people from all over the world!! Is a very friendly place and superwelcoming Japanese staff!! I will come back definitely!
