Kinoshita - Shibuya-ku

Excellent special-occasion dinner here. It’s pretty small but hey it’s Tokyo, what can you do. My wife enjoyed her whole dinner and my beef in red wine main course was a particular highlight for me. Nice wines too. Decorating my wife’s dessert plate for our special occasion was a very nice touch. Docking one star for service for one server who was explaining about the dishes and twice started wandering off almost before finishing his spiel, I got the distinct impression he didn’t think we were listening to him. Overall we loved it. We will very likely repeat.

I have been using it since I was the first time. I think it is the top class in Japan for cooking. Unfortunately, the couple with babies pushed the baby cart next to the table, so the seat of the window was all stuck and there was no gap next to it, the date couple was a cute situation. 味が濃く、 普段は濃厚な味が好きでしたが、これは適度な暗かったです。 少しだけ食べてみる。 デザートもフォンダンチョコラとピスタチオアイスですが、とても甘い!
