ピツェリア ジターリア ダ フィリッポ

I discovered this restaurant while visiting a rural grape farm in Okayama. I live in Sekimachi, which is near Shakujii, and decided to give this Italian place a try. I'm thrilled to have found a new favorite spot for authentic Italian cuisine.

The most impressive thing about this restaurant is how the staff work so energetically with smiles on their faces. The pizza crust is soft and chewy, providing a satisfying fullness. It's not too thin and flimsy, nor does it require excessive chewing like bread crust pizza. It's just the right thickness. I would like to visit this place at night next time.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, the staff is wonderful, and, above all, the pizza is incredibly delicious.
