Hayashi-ya Nakano-so - 渋谷

I am Japanese, but for foreign tourists, I will describe the method from entering the store to leaving. When you first enter the store, there is a ticket machine. Insert Japanese yen into the ticket machine,choose what you want to eat, and press the button. If you want to add toppings as you like, you can also buy a meal ticket. Take a ticket and sit in an empty seat. The water is on the counter, so you pour it into your own glass. It will be served in 3 to 5 minutes, so please enjoy the taste to your heart 's content. When you 're done eating, say gochisousadeshita and say thank you to the staff before leaving.

TLDR: One of my favorite omelette rice in Tokyo. The cream shrimp omelette rice is my favorite dish. Smooth in the mouth, balanced taste. —————— Pro: 1. Cheap but really delicious. Amazingly cooked egg is perfectly half liquidated, looks beautiful and tasted really smooth. The white creamy sauce is so balanced that you’ll never feel it’s too rich. 2. The rice tastes flavorful but not too sweet or salty. It tasted really like “fried rice”. 3. Retro interior, really cool store. It’s not new at all, but I like it. —————— Cons: 1. Sides need some improvements

I ordered Omelette and Hayashi rise. Egg was runny. Demi-glace sauce was a little soft taste. So I was able to eat without getting tired.

Great value for amazing flavors. I got the sauteed chicken and loved every bite of it!

The ハヤシオムライス slaps, I used to think people didn’t speak when they ate as a sign of respect to the chef and other customers, but now I know it’s because the food is so good. Also the employees were super welcoming!
