What User doesn't like about Wing Street:
Avoid this place at all costs! The pizza was a soggy mess, as though they had randomly thrown ingredients into the box. It was undercooked and a complete disaster. We couldn't even eat it when we attempted to. The service manager, Jennifer Harwell, was incredibly rude and I had to physically ask to speak to her in order to try and resolve the situation with the pizza. View all feedback.
The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The server refused to take our order and kept hanging up on us. I am pregnant and really wanted some pizza, so I was very disappointed. This all happened because she asked for my phone number and I simply gave her the one I was calling from. It was frustrating.
I never received my order and when I called, I was told tough luck. The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The pizzas, when they do finally arrive, are cold and undercooked. They are wet in the middle. The employees are rude and do not respond well. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
I ordered a pizza from the Sherwood, Arkansas store about 45 minutes ago. The estimated delivery time was 25-35 minutes. However, I received a call 45 minutes later stating that they were unable to deliver our food due to the weather, but we could come pick it up. I found it absurd that they couldn't deliver in just rain in Arkansas. After a second call informing us that they still couldn't deliver, I requested a refund and the employee hung up on me. This experience has left us extremely disappointed and we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
Need I say more? Terrible service with such a low desire of making anyone's day say just a little bit better. Can't enjoy a simple take-out pizza without 1 or more errors. Want light sauce? I guess they don't offer that. Want extra cheese? Also seems to be a priviledge to see come true. Don't true to reason with the manager about a messed up order as they might just hang up on yiu immediately. If you ever do get a chance to have your order corrected, they expect every last crumb of food that they had given you before they offer you the new order. Nothing about this location offers the professionalism and courtesy that a restaurant should have. Just a bunch of employees working hour after hour not caring when or how... or if... their food ever gets to the customer.
I ordered our pizza 2 hours ago, we still do not have it. I called customer service and they and I can not get anyone to answer the phone. An hour late it was marked free and another hour later no pizza. This is not customer service at all, it’s already my kids bed time.
