The nicest Starbucks ever! Just passing thru town and stopped on a whim. Coffee was fantastic and baristas so kind. The size and the accommodations of the store is incredible. View all feedback.
What Trina P doesn't like about Starbucks:
This review is to express how often Starbucks makes my drink wrong. I go there expecting to have them remake it as that is how frequent the order is incorrect. I love Starbucks Iced venti nonfat 3 pump mocha with an extra shot. No whip. That's my go to drink every day. It's disappointing, with the cost of a coffee these days, how protocols aren't in place to ensure the drink you order is the drink you are going to re... View all feedback.
Ordered an iced coffee with heavy cream. $4.55? Tasted extremely old. I mean like old day old coffee. Took it back and ordered a Venti Iced Americano with heavy cream. $3.55. It cost a buck more to have old coffee than fresh brewed espresso. They replaced it with a Grande Americano. Politely told them that I paid 4.55 for the iced coffee and it's getting replaced with a much cheaper americano. They said they would fix it again but now I'm left with three drinks and they wouldn't take them back. The resolution was to give be a drink carrier. Now we have four drinks that I have to figure out what to do with instead of two. The manager voluntarily came over and started to chat it up. I asked how old the iced coffee was and she said it was made fresh at 4am. It's now 9:30. She said that it's good for 12 hours. Gross. $4.55 for old coffee. Next time, stick to the fresher and cheaper americano.
The service and people are fine, like any other Starbucks, but they need to check the heaters on their coffee urns, I almost always end up with a cold cup of coffee and have to return it.
I've been working in Sherwood now for five months. Decided to hit up Starbucks on my birthday. While I was waiting in line to place my order one of the barista's asked me about my tie. I explained they were Pez dispensers, and I also had pez on my socks, both articles were birthdays gifts a few years ago. Almost all of the barista's turned around to look and then cheer me for my birthday. I wish I could remember all of there names. Juan, Delana... all of them reminded me that customer service and hospitality are not things of the past. I will come back to this Starbucks because the service I received. On my way out the door, I received several wishes of a happy birthday from the staff. They made my day.
Note that this Starbucks location IS OPEN during Covid for TAKEOUT, DRIVE-THRU, and LIMITED INDOOR SEATING! I came here on my way to Tualitin for a coffee break, and this was the nicest Starbucks I have ever been to (and I'm a Seattlelite! . It's only been open for a year (I'm not sure why it was reported as permanently closed, but I assume they closed during the onset of Covid or were rebuilding . Service was amazing. The drive-thru was very busy, but we just went inside and got coffee to go. The baristas were very upbeat and friendly. They had our coffees ready to go within 10 minutes. All servers were wearing masks. Every other table is off limits due to Covid regulations. Overall: 5/5 for drinks, 5/5 for service, 5/5 for atmosphere
This location is always super busy yet they consistently get my order correct and do it with pizazz and a smile! Super friendly staff and very clean inside. I'll continue to frequent this location on my way to work. Today I grabbed a venti iced chai latte with pumpkin cold foam to start my day. It literally tastes like fall in a cup! Amazeballs...Pumpkin cold foam tastes amazing on top of just about anything. So go for it, you won't be disappointed!
