Stopped by with my daughter this afternoon for a late lunch and am so glad we did! Very flavorful, generous portions and the gentleman who served us was friendly and attentive. Sophia's never disappoints. It's always my first stop every time I come to Sherwood. The only thing better than the food is the kindness of the owners and staff.
We were celebrating a friends birthday and she chose Sophia's Cafe as a lunch spot. I got there early the vibe is super casual. They had a reserved table ready for our group since we called ahead as there were 10 of us. I ordered the Greek salad and added gyro meat, an additional charge. Next time I will get the gyro salad since it's similar. We ordered hummus and pita for the table to try. As it's a walk up, each of us ordered our food. Food prep was quick and friendly. I really enjoyed me entree, lots of classic Mediterranean flavors and the gyro meat was tender and delicious. I will definitely go back to try more on menu. The staff provided a complimentary baklava desert to the birthday girl really nice touch!!!
