here with a large group of people. we get the dipped tweezers, pickles and pfeffer for appetizers, of which everyone seemed to enjoy. for our meal, most got different steaks and had no complaints from which I know. my steak was perfectly cooked (medium rare). the sides were generous. service was great. the foundation was clean. they would have visited again. What User doesn't like about Saltgrass Steak House:
My server was great, and everything but the steak was great. When I order a medium, I don't expect the majority of the steak to be rare at best. The center was almost raw. I asked for a compensation for not being able to eat roughly half of my meal, and the manager acted put off by my request. View all feedback.

Came here for lunch and waited at least 10 minutes to get seated. Hostess was not available and my husband had to chase after a server to seat us. Food was pretty good and our server was attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
This was honestly the best steak I've ever had; it was cooked to perfection. I prefer my steak blue rare, and they were the first place to actually prepare it just how I like. The service was outstanding, and my server was fantastic—definitely a pleasant sight as well! I have to say, Arkansas surprised me; I was expecting mountains or at least some hills, but it's as flat as Kansas. Well, not every place can be Texas! Service: Dine-in.
