Really understated, like most places like late. The team really works hard and their main chef is a rock star with multitasking. You are super willing to ensure that there is no cross-contamination as we have a member with a food allergy in our house. View all feedback.
The restaurant has a charmingly understated vibe, similar to many late-night spots. The staff puts in a lot of effort, and their head chef is exceptional at multitasking. They are very accommodating and take great care to avoid cross-contamination, which is important to us because we have a family member with a food allergy.
During the dinner rush, the restaurant was bustling, and there seemed to be a shortage of employees. It wouldn’t have felt so hectic if the other two staff members had helped out. One of them was standing around instead. If this reflects on management, I would rate it a one-star. Kevin expertly led the kitchen, ensuring everything ran smoothly at full speed, while Cody effectively managed the entire line and handled phone orders. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of the manager, but toward the end of my visit, he appeared too preoccupied with a personal conversation to notice the line of eight waiting customers. He didn’t even ask Cody to take over while he stepped away. If someone can cover you while you stand idle during a busy rush, that shows poor management and really isn’t fair to the team. Cody and Kevin were outstanding, and I hope someone higher up sees this and acknowledges their hard work!
I ordered food for a party, and Valeria had everything prepared just as promised. The food was outstanding, and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely place another order in the future!
