This was my first experience with the prix fixe menu, and it was quite chaotic. The combination of take-out orders and regular tables put a heavy strain on the sushi kitchen, which resulted in delays for the courses at the prix fixe tables. As a result, our dining experience lasted 2.5 hours, and it caused delays for the next group of diners as well.
This was the first time experiencing a prix fixe menu, and the takeout orders along with the regular tables really put a strain on the sushi chefs. As a result, the courses for the prix fixe tables were delayed, causing our dinner to stretch over 2.5 hours and pushing back the next seatings.
