Via Cibo - Sherwood Park

Ruined a birthday dinner by not bringing out the food together. 35 minutes between meals and would only say “sorry” once, to fix it.

I have been to this place many times and was never let down. This place is way better than other Italian restaurants in Sherwood Park including Pasta Pantry where I've ate many times.

Finally checked out this gem for lunch on the weekend. We had great service and a tasty meal. Don’t forget to save room for the yummy donuts! Next time you are craving Italian check this place out.

Phoned in for our order to be picked up. Food was done quickly but when the food got home we were missing our salad that was paid for. I phone back in and the guy that answered told me I needed a number or a receipt to prove my order. Wasn’t given an order number over the phone and in this time and age never got a receipt. He said he couldn’t help me without it then got upset and talked down to me when I got upset. How could I not get upset when he’s telling me there’s nothing that can be done. Finally after going back and forth for several minutes and getting more upset, I repeated that the order should be under my husbands name and phone number should have been on the order. He then said well if I would have given that to him to start then he could have look it up. I did say that at the beginning of the conversation and he’s the one who said I needed an order number. We returned the food and I would not recommend this place. Not sure if the food is any good as we never ate it but the service is one of the worst I’ve ever had in my lifetime. If you order from here make sure you get an order number and receipt for when they mess up the order and truly hope the staff doesn’t talk down to you and treat you awful.
