Cute place. Had toy story playing. Donair was pretty good but some of the lettuce didn?t seem very good anymore. The table we sat at didn?t seem to be cleaned beforehand. I went to the washroom with my toddler and there was no door handle on the inside so we got locked inside and I had to call my husband to get us out. View all feedback.
The pizza at this place is truly amazing—it's more than just great! Their menu features some unique choices, and the food always surpasses expectations. The service is outstanding too. Despite opening their Sherwood Park location during a challenging period, they have remained dedicated to quality. I sincerely hope they receive the support they deserve!
I had a wonderful experience at UFO Pizza in Sherwood Park! The pizza was incredible. My son was thrilled by the space-themed decor, which is what inspired him to persuade me to go there. The manager was friendly and welcoming, personally bringing us our pizza and engaging in conversation with both my son and me. He really enhanced the family-friendly vibe of the restaurant. I ordered the 8" Kryptonite pizza at the Sherwood Park location, and Alex personally delivered it to me. He was nice enough to offer me a taste of the sweet sauce. Both the pizza and sauce were fantastic. I highly recommend this place for delicious food at a great price.
This pizza restaurant is truly outstanding. You’ll feel right at home when you visit. I would characterize their pizza as “Canadian.” It’s different from Chicago, Greek, Detroit, Italian, or New York styles. The crust is perfectly balanced—not too thick, but not too thin either. It’s crunchy, and the cheese blend is just right. There’s also a perfect amount of sauce, not overwhelming at all. When I opened the box, the pizza was steaming hot, providing that wonderfully cheesy, gooey experience that reminds me of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The customer service was exceptional; Alex really shines. I’ll definitely be coming back!
The pizza was exceptional, and the wings were amazing—definitely some of the best I’ve ever had at the park. When we went to pick up our meal, the manager was extremely friendly, even offering my son a complimentary drink and helping us carry the pizzas to the car. My entire family loved the pizza and wings, praising their incredible flavor. We will definitely be ordering from here again!
