I think we have a different definition of "roasted" here. The woman who took our order at the drive-thru was very friendly, but the 12-year-old working at the window could use some improvement and more training. View all feedback.
It took an excessively long time for the staff to understand my order, only to find out that nothing was prepared.
I had to wait 10 minutes for my order and another 15 minutes for my food to arrive. The staff moved slowly, resembling the sloths from Zootopia.

The ordered failure from here got the pfirsich quencher tasted like straight up mold disgusting. they also forgot my donut. idk if they need to clean their ice machine or what, but someone could really get sick. very unhappy, but then again I am in the rule with the service of Tim’s when I order
The worst service they can get at a tim horton, and that says something when considering the strong decline of the service at all locations in the last ten years. the selection of baked is good, but this is where the pros stop. when they go in, a lot of luck is noticed. make sure to factor in 5 to 10 minutes for their travel time to wait their time at this place. 6 employees working the drive thru and zero on the front are regularly. they have recently added a bell for the service, but even if they hear it, they will tell you that they will be a few minutes, so what is the point? this situation is consistent. always bad.
