I have to give credit where credit is due. It has been a while since I last visited Chopped Leaf, a restaurant that I used to order from every time I visited. Tonight, I decided to give them another shot after some time and I must say, they nailed my order. The salad was delicious, made with very fresh ingredients and the spicy peanut sauce was excellent. We ordered through Skip (unfortunately, they had technical iss... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Chopped Leaf:
I am a fan of The Chopped Leaf and it is usually my go-to choice for a salad. I ordered the Chopped Signature (my favorite) and requested for it to be mixed. However, when I brought it home, there was very little romaine and dressing. I have ordered this salad many times before, so I am familiar with the portion size and taste it should have. I had to use my own balsamic vinaigrette from home because there was hardly... View all feedback.
I love chopped sheet and I went to the sherwood park location and they can say that property has changed and they were not so friendly and no longer wear hair nets. they just cried that eating on the opposite side of the restaurant was ready, from where my friend and I sat and I asked how I went past, is that ours? and they just did everything. eating was at least decent. better service on any other chopped sheet. will not be back.
Very dirty restaurant. Napkin dispensers appear to have weeks worth of patrons food stuck to them. Bathroom Soap dispenser, hand towel dispenser and walls all very dirty. Windows filthy with grim, posters barely hanging on. Seating was sticky.
They’re very slow and tend to serve others who come in after you, regardless of being there for 10 minutes already.
Harvest medically, $12. 3/4 cup of soup,$7 and a $2 water ... $21 and still hungry. Come on!
In a world full of Gmo riddled Franken food and low quality leafy greens, you would expect for 20 dollars and a location that specialized in salads, to be served something of caliber.I walked in through the door of chopped leaf with its sign that says chef inspired dishes, expecting some quality vegan friendly dishes for my girlfriend. Instead she was met with styrofoam like spinach with gross flavour. The only other options being lettuce or rice, not even kale. What salad place doesn’t have kale? They tack on handfulls of cost for the most piddly of portions. Near two bucks for a spoonful of seeds? Perhaps the cost is because they keep five on staff to do a job two could. Your salad is made before you even pay so there is pressure to not contest the issue. We’re deeply displeased, the worst of all is she’s still hungry (and mad we definitely won’t be returning.
