Swiss Chalet - Sherwood Park

The last 2 visits have been moat disappointing. Had a late dinner about 90 min before close. We had a chicken rib combo and both of us sent them back due to being dry on both counts. I ordered dark meat and it was shriveled up. Ribs were horrible. When we complained the waitress agreed and said that they often have that problem later at night because they're not making it as fresh anymore. That's absolutely absurd and one should always expect freshness from a franchise like this. We went again last week in the evening and it was the same thing again and all four of us had a minor complaint about our meal which is very unusual. I guess I could stop going later at night but that was the reason we went there was because they were quick open and we normally know what we get. I hope they kick it up a notch because Swiss Chalet is a standard one should be able to rely on. And by the way Swiss Chalet, your skinny Dipper chicken and horribly dry at any time of day in your roast beef can't compete with any of the better roast beef dinners out there so please stick to chicken.. you can be good at that

This place is always consistent in their food and service. Certainly one of our families favorite. The staff is perfect- friendly but not overbearing. Whatever your choice of the day is- rotisserie chicken, roast beef, pasta- you name it. It is always up to your expectations..

Went for supper with the step son and his wife and our grand daughter for mothers day.We had a good meal.Staff was great and a very friendly manager.We stop in when we want chicken soup.

Stopped in for lunch ordered chicken baked potatoe. other couple ordered chicken and ribs ribs and chicken. both meals were good and waitress was friendly .will be back

Had Ribs and Wings and Pot Roast both were very good ! Always have to ask for more butter, always seem to not get enough for a Bun and a Baked Potatoe
