What Shawn E doesn't like about Royal Pizza:
Tgis 8s for the Sherwood Park location. I ordered a steak and it came severely undercooked. They took it and brought it back up dercooked again, and the waiter asked if I wanted a new steak or a discount. I asked for a discount. When the bill arrived I was charged in full due to the refusal of the manager who was unwilling to offer any sort of a discount. We won't be back due to the poor service by the manager failin... First time ordering from Royal for our son's birthday party and everyone had good things to say about the pizzas! We'll come back again.

Hubby phoned in a pick up order. He placed the order, then told the staff I would be by to pick it up at 640. I walked in at 640. I paid, then was informed that it would be another 10 minutes. Why can't they tell me that before I paid? I even left a tip. I talked to a manager, but I don't think she understood the situation. I don't like waiting in the Royal Pizza in Sherwood Park, because there's no place to stand out of the way. You end up dodging servers and customers while you wait. I'm not happy, but the pizza is good!
It’s a must on a Friday afternoon… If you don’t mind a little weight… To take dad for lasagna. I come all the way from Toronto to visit my dad a few times a year and it is now become our tradition to stop by Royal Pizza on a Friday night for his favourite lasagna… Never disappoint Best of luck to the new staff that are sweating it out in the kitchen making pizzas and lasagnas and pastas and kudos to Royal Pizza I definite member of our community and Sherwood park
