Centrally located in Sherwood Park with easy access to all you could want including a spa, hair salon, restaurant, and a mall across the street. Despite being in a busy part of the city, the hotel is peaceful and rooms are quiet. Just what you want after a busy day visiting family or touring Edmonton. The staff are welcoming and the hotel is extremely pet friendly. I loved seeing the puppies hanging around at breakfa... View all feedback.
What Matthieu Guay doesn't like about Park Centre And:
Second time getting locked out of the hotel room because the keys basically never work! No one at front desk! No one answering the phone! CANT GET IN MY ROOM! Stuck OUTSIDE and waiting. VERY FRUSTRATING! Service: 1 View all feedback.
My Mom recently had an extended stay due to construction and other delays for a move. The staff were incredibly kind to her, and accommodating during her stay. The breakfasts were good, rooms were very quiet and clean with no street noise (she faced Sherwood Drive). Location cannot be beat. Would recommend 110%. Rooms: 5 Service: 5

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all amazing people. They were so kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Maybe the room could use an extra towel rack. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet

I booked the Park Centre hotel for an all staff work event that was being hosted in Sherwood Park. We loved the venue the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and renovated, and the hotel had everything we needed available on site. We hosted our small (40 45 person) conference on site in a boardroom, which was removed from the hotel but completely accessible through indoor walkways. It was a nice change to feel as though you were removed from the hotel space, while still being within a 5 minute walk from your room! The hotel also made the meeting space available to us for after hours social time, which was a great amenity to have for staff. The hotel is also located near the community centre festival space, if larger meeting spaces are required! We took advantage of the on site food options including two dinners and a lunch from LongShotz, and a lunch from Big Bear Sandwich Cafe. I only had to communicate with the hotel staff, and they arranged for all the meals with the restaurant and cafe. The continental breakfast provided suited the needs of our staff, and nearby food options were available to anyone who desired a hot breakfast. Communication with the hotel was easy, and the staff was so easy going with any last minute changes we had due to challenging weather! I look forward to working with Park Centre again in the future whenever we need a space in Sherwood Park.
