We easily made a reservation on-line. We were immediately seated upon arrival at the restaurant. Our waitress took our drink orders almost immediately and delivered them to our table shortly after. Once our order was taken, our food arrived in a normal amount of time. We had a young child with us and the menu was very suitable for a child. What User doesn't like about Montana's Bbq Sherwood Park:
I asked to have a surprise birthday dessert without the antler headpiece for my husband and it was not fulfilled. Disappointed in that and will not return for birthday celebrations. View all feedback.
In general, it was not a good experience. The food arrived cold and our server was very slow. We may give it another try in the future to see if it improves.
The waitress was fantastic. We never had to wait for refills on ribs or drinks. She did a great job keeping up with our group of 14 at the table.
It took 45 minutes to receive our food and everything we ordered was awful.
