Melted Inc. - Sherwood Park

This place serves huge sandwiches that are absolutely delicious. We ordered them for our late-night family movie night. You can choose your own toppings. I got the pizza grilled cheese, as did my son. My husband got a hand-pressed burger with Mac and cheese. These sandwiches are perfect for family nights. We will definitely be ordering from here again. Delivery service was great.

I'm going out on a limb here and saying that all the 5-star reviews are probably paid for. Charging $17 for a few tater tots (a bag of McCain tots costs $4 at the store) and $12 for a grilled cheese that probably costs $3 to make is a complete ripoff.

Everything about my order was disappointing and I don't write reviews often. Once ordered, it said it would arrive in 30 min, didn't arrive for 60 min and I had to call as I didn't get the text saying driver enroute. When it did arrive everything was so cold! (Pretzel bites, grilled cheese sticky toffee pudding) I've attached a photo of the condition of the loaded pretzel bites arrived(they looked so shaken up). The sticky toffee pudding was also very dry and cold. I would think for a company that only does delivery it would be a bit better executed.

They cancelled my order mid way didn’t refund my money then when I called to find out why talk to dispatch food was on the way 40 minutes no delivery and dispatch will not pick up

Thieves took my money from skip the dishes and never delivered
