Jugo Juice - Sherwood Park

I have visited this restaurant twice and had very different experiences each time. The first visit was excellent, with a kind and helpful male server who went above and beyond to provide great service. However, the second visit was disappointing. The female server refused to accommodate my request for a sandwich without mayonnaise, claiming it was already prepared with it. She then ignored me until prompted by another staff member to take my order. To make matters worse, she ended up bringing incorrect sandwiches to our table. The menu descriptions were also unclear, with conflicting information about the ingredients, including mayonnaise. It is clear that not everyone is suited for customer service, and unfortunately, this server was not.

This is my go-to spot after a workout for a refreshing clean kick smoothie. The owner is a delightful man who is consistently polite and provides top-notch service. I have enjoyed the packings on occasion, and recently tried the homemade tomato soup, both bursting with flavor.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the gentleman working there is the friendliest and kindest person I have ever encountered in customer service in Sherwood Park. I absolutely love the extra smoothie served in a cup, along with the happiest smile you've ever seen.

I ordered the lunch special on SkipTheDishes and got a 10-inch wrap. However, I was disappointed to find that it was actually much smaller, closer to a 6-inch wrap. The portion of chicken was small and there was an abundance of spinach.

I used to always be pleased with the service at this restaurant, but lately I have been consistently let down. I would call ahead to place my order and give the man working there 20-30 minutes to prepare it. However, today when I arrived, my order was not ready. I was frustrated and had to leave because he hadn't even started making it. When I questioned him about it, he didn't offer an explanation or apologize. I miss the previous employee who understood customer service; this new worker is disrespectful and disappointing.
