Boardwalk Burgers Sherwood Park

Always glad to see new burger joints open up in the park. As someone who is celiac, having options for burger joints can be difficult at times. And while some places do cater to people like myself offering lettuce wraps and the like, sometimes I just really want a nice burger in a bun and that feel good fast food feeling. After ordering here, I am very pleased. The woman at the front counter even asked if I was celiac and knowing that I was even asked that, I could count on everything being prepared in a safe manner. As for the food itself, it was great! The beef was seasoned well and wasn't dripping with grease and the toppings that were on the burger were also very fresh. The fries were great. Had the right amount of crispiness on the outside and didn't come across greasy like other food joints either. I have yet to try a shake but as for everything else, I definitely recommend it and I hope the owners find success!

The owners were super friendly and you could see the passion they have for their business! Not to mention the food was amazing and really well priced! Check it out!

Very disappointing. The milkshakes (very over-hyped) had a very unpleasant after taste, especially the banana one I’ve had better at McDonald’s! And the fries had tasted like were badly freezer burnt, normally hate wasting food but no one in my group could finish them. The only redeemable thing were the burgers! Just terrible don't waste money. The service was ok but there was a fairly severe language barrier. The order was screwed up so it took 2 trips and neither time were they even close to being ready. 45 minutes wasted inside the restaurant waiting and being fed excuses. We all know about excuses... Way too much sauce. Brown lettuce. Completely soaked buns on mush/swiss burg. Tiny portions...on 2 orders of fries there were about 6 over 2 inches long. Bullseye bbq sauce. 3 napkins. Onion rings are bleh and again mini portion. We didn't get the impression they were at all concerned about our order or really making any kind of effort toward keeping a customer satisfied or improving the business. My suggestion is to steer well clear of this dumpster fire....

My son has lots of allergies including dairy, wheat, and eggs. Not only did we receive amazing customer service by the owners but they were also able to accommodate the allergies. The food is delicious! I highly recommend !
