Really good vermicelli bowl, friendly staff, fair price and food came out quick. One of the better Vietnamese restaurants in the Edmonton area, would definitely eat here again! View all feedback.
What caramelbrulee doesn't like about A Taste Of Vietnam:
I’ve been coming here for the last 8 years and I was always satisfied except for today. The soup is too thick and less flavour. The oil for deep fried squid seems old since the thick batter is too brown. What happened to one of my most favorite restaurant in SP? This restaurant is the best in the Edmonton area. I have been coming here since I was a child and it has always been amazing. One of the best aspects is the staff - they are always friendly, respectful, and nice. Whenever I bring people here, they always say it's the best Vietnamese food they've had, and I couldn't agree more.
This restaurant serves delicious food that is a hidden gem in the Park. You can taste the difference knowing they prepare the food in-house. The prices are surprisingly affordable, making it a fantastic value. In comparison, Earls charges much more for their entrees and the quality does not compare since they do not prepare most of their dishes on-site.
If you're looking for Vietnamese cuisine, this restaurant is quite average. The prices are reasonable, the flavors are good, and there is a decent selection. I would consider it a solid choice for a local spot.
I was very disappointed that the popular Vietnamese restaurant was closed due to renovations. The food tasted good for the most part, but it was not the same without being able to enjoy the full experience.
I recently picked up lunch for myself and my colleagues from this restaurant. Upon arrival, they claimed that our order was not placed, which was quite confusing because we had indeed placed one.
