I also ordered a 52oz lemonade. However, when the food arrived, there were no sides, dips, or lemonade included. I called the restaurant and was told that these items were not on the ticket and there was nothing they could do. They offered to let me pick up the lemonade or provide a $5 credit on my account. It is disappointing that there seems to be a disconnect between the app and the restaurant. It is not my fault or problem that the items were missed. If I wanted to drive to the restaurant, I would not have paid for delivery and tip. In the future, I will consider using DoorDash and disputing the order, placing the responsibility on the restaurant.
