The... read more The best pork chop I’ve ever had! I visited Pine Junction specifically to try their grilled pork chop, which is only available after 5 PM during the summer. The chop did not disappoint, though it comes with a set menu with no substitutions. The baked potato was fine, the cornbread was good, the coleslaw was average, and the beans were flavorful but had more sauce than beans. The setting is lovely, and the service was excellent. I’m glad I tried the pork chop, but there seem to be plenty of other interesting options to explore next time.

It has a vibe that’s perfect for concerts and parties. At the back, there’s a large covered area, and if it's available during your visit, you can also enjoy outdoor seating for the restaurant. I understand that it's a popular place and space is limited, which can make things challenging. However, I did find the hour-long wait for a table quite frustrating.
