Though there was a slight delay before we were seated, I hardly n... read more I recently visited Pine Junction Restaurant for the first time with my friend Lisa for dinner. Though there was a slight delay before we were seated, I hardly noticed it. We enjoyed drinks outside while taking in the lovely surroundings. While Lisa and I chose to dine indoors, there are also outdoor seating options available. We ordered the Smoked Steak House Special, which featured a Ribeye Steak. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the overall meal was exceptional. I highly recommend Pine Junction Restaurant—whether you go with family, friends, or on your own, you’re sure to have a great time.

The waitress was satisfactory, though a bit distant. I would have given it a five-star rating if the wait hadn't been so long. I understand that it's a popular place and space is limited, which can make things challenging. However, I did find the hour-long wait for a table quite frustrating.

The... read more The best pork chop I’ve ever had! I visited Pine Junction specifically to try their grilled pork chop, which is only available after 5 PM during the summer. The chop did not disappoint, though it comes with a set menu with no substitutions. The baked potato was fine, the cornbread was good, the coleslaw was average, and the beans were flavorful but had more sauce than beans. The setting is lovely, and the service was excellent. I’m glad I tried the pork chop, but there seem to be plenty of other interesting options to explore next time.

There’s a large covered area in the back, plus outdoor seating available if you get there in time. We arrived at 7:30 to avoid the Saturday dinner rush. The food was quite enjoyable. The photos show two of the five dinners we had.
