While the pizza, particularly the stuffed crust pepperoni, earned praise for its deliciousness and the option to customize orders was appealing, many lamented the service. Complaints included rude staff, long wait times, and inadequate assistance in resolving issues. Frustrated patrons noted a lack of basic communication and professionalism, with some even suggesting the presence of smoking staff undermined the dining experience. Overall, the restaurant's culinary offerings may shine, but customers are yearning for an improvement in service to match the quality of the food.
They have the most rude girl wearing the front cash. not a hallo, how can I help them, thank you. when I wait near my pizza, they ignore the customers who come. the man came to the front greeting and had to ask if they were helped. this girl must make pizza and get away from customers. it has ZERO customer service capabilities and this is not my first welcome with it.
Worst service ever!!!!! The girl on the front register has no clue what she is doing. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing!!! I placed my order and paid. She closed the register and did not get my change. She called for help and that was not any better!!! The girl told her to give me change from the tip jar. She couldn’t make change so she just gave me what she could. 2 other girls came to the front to be “nosey” but they also had faces like if they were miserable. Horrible horrible service!! What has happened to great customer service these days?
I WAS TREATED BADLY, I ASKED FOR MANAGER SHE SAID SHES THE MANAGER.. I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. I ORDERED 2 CHICKEN BOXES. SHE said i ordered one.that was at 7pm it was 8 pm and still no food, thats when i ask for money back.. then this guy comes from the back smoking . I told manager she yelled at me and said, at least hes not smoking around food. So she acknowledge his smoking. Unbelievable
Made a $60 door dash order tonight and called after we got our order wrong. The girl we spoke with answered the phone and said can you please speak in a hurry we’re really busy.... after pausing I said yes You messed up an order of mine. They again stated they were busy then said can you please call back in 40 minutes? I said no May I speak to a manager, and seriously got hung up on. We ordered two crazy bread, Buffalo wings and 6 pizzas. Next time we’ll take our business elsewhere!
Called in my pizza , was told 20.minutes and have been waiting for 20 minutes just in store!!! Total from call in to the time I got 3 pepperoni pizzas and 2 breads=40 minutes!!!
