I found this KFC location to be quite convenient, as it's typically less busy an hour before peak times. However, the staff seems to be unmotivated and doesn't keep the area clean. So I came to get dinner from kfc in Sherman. 1st there was no ice in lobby. Had to ask for that.. then realized there was no lids for the medium drinks.. then I was getting Sierra mist and kept coming out red.. come on kfc Sherman .u got to do better View all feedback.
Food is good but when are they gonna wake up to 2022 and offer online ordering.
Ordered a chicken strip meal... got a spicy chicken strip meal. The biscuit was hard except for the bottom that was soaked the the spicy sauce. We did not notice in time to go in and get the order corrected. We did call the number listed on the receipt several times) all we ever got was a machine. No call backs even though our name and number were left. We tried them last year and our order was wrong then too. This was their last chance at redemption. FAIL Worst place in Sherman/Denison.
This is the dirtiest nastiest kfc/taco bell Ive ever been to. Every single table is dirty, there’s trash everywhere, floor is nasty, all trash is overflowing, napkins and plasticware not stocked. This place is a distaster. And the two teenage boys working the front have major attitude problems and were talking about us in spanish.
Your food is good! And would recommend everyone!
Very disappointed in side orders...although the chicken was good the sides that came with the family pack deal were barely half full. The 20 piece meal barely fed 3 people and that was with very small portions that I distributed myself so that it would go around ... I live to far away from KFC to drive back just to complain ... What a shame..I doubt I'll be going back to KFC for awhile
