In-N-Out is impeccably clean and the manager is really great. I witnessed him handling a customer who was quite upset because their order was mixed up. Despite the customer being a bit agitated, the manager remained calm and rectified the mistake promptly. What User doesn't like about In-n-out Burger:
This was my first visit to In-N-Out Burger and I found the food to be average, nothing exceptional. Despite this, I would definitely give it another try. What impressed me the most was the efficiency of the staff working behind the counter. Despite the restaurant being incredibly busy with long lines in the drive-thru and a packed interior, the team managed to keep everything running smoothly without any issues. View all feedback.
I love in n out, but I have a very sweet shake bcz of the great amount of sirup. I drank it with water.
Great crew members and pretty clean. The only issue is how crowded it gets. But I have learned that the more crowded the place is the better the food and crew and cleanliness is. And that's all that matters really, right? Make sure you have time to spare if you decide to visit this establishment.
Okay-HONESTLY WTH???!!!Walked in February 2022-Customers not wearing masks, these are not dining customers, these customers are taking it to go.I talked to the young manager-He admitted that he should do better about mandates regarding customers wearing their masks inside…NOT COOL.(And- no one checking vaccination status
I have never been disappointed. SERVICE AWESOME! Lines might seem long but move quickly. Food always comes the way I order it. ?
No line inside at 11.15am. Hamburger with grilled onions $2.95 hit the spot for me. Deelish! Courteous service, very clean throughout.
