Yuzu Sushi - Sherbrooke

Compter 45 mn à 1 heure (plus les soirs excpetionnels) Appeler avant 19h.Propreté et service irréprochablesOn prend toujours les plateaux de spécialités de 25 pièces, suffisant pour deux.Les nigiris saumon grillé teriyaki sont surprenants et délicieux, comme tout le reste.Depuis un an à Sherbrooke, c'est notre place pour les sushis!

I was very disappointed, as I usually go to Sushi Shop but decided to try Yuzu this evening at 4 pm on a Tuesday. There was a 45-minute wait, only one employee who was not very friendly, and the work area did not look very clean. The avocados were not ripe enough and some were brown hidden under the sushi toppings. The flavors did not impress me and the sushi was very small and not very filling. I will definitely not be trying this experience again.

This place is clean with friendly staff but does not offer much in the way of sushi. There's virtually no real selection of sashimi. They concentrate almost exclusively on rolls. As far as I'm concerned they are a very Canadian restaurant trying to be cool by offering sushi rolls. My rating of average is probably a little generous.

Sushi toujours frais, le choix est bon et c'est délicieux. Les rouleaux en entrée sont excellent. Pour manger sur place ou pour emporter, c'est mon choix n#1 à Sherbrooke. Le personnel qui y travaille a toujours été bien accueillant et souraint lors de mes visites.
