The staff was exceptionally friendly. We ordered the beer tasting flight, and each selection was outstanding! We also tried the trio plate of fish and chips, and it was absolutely amazing! On the positive side, the craft beer was excellent. I enjoyed a glass of Discipline, a low-alcohol 0.5% beer that's also available in cans for take-home from the Siboire store. The staff was friendly and well-groomed, though it would be helpful if they brushed up on their official language skills. They seemed a bit stressed during our visit on an early Saturday afternoon, for reasons I couldn't quite determine.

We chose this restaurant based on its Yelp reviews. It's situated in an old train station, and the interior is quite impressive, featuring high ceilings and exposed brick walls.

The terrace is lush with greenery, but the view of the concrete parking garage was quite uninspiring. If you've been following my thoughts in this review, you might notice a recurring theme. Siboire is just okay... but...
My favorite brewery in the Sherbrooke area! The food was fantastic, and I highly recommend the fish and chips. If you're nearby, definitely give this place a try – you won't regret it!
